On page 214 of Richard's book "Enterprise JavaBeans, 2nd Edition", it's said
"When an entity bean instance is activated, nonpersistent fields contain
arbitrary values (dirty values) and must be reinitialized in the
ejbActivate() method." And, in the weblogic example, "isDirty" is declared
as "private transient boolean". So, I think it should be set to the correct
values in all the buniss methods and ejbStore() method.
