I thank you for your insight.
I agree with you that all the restrictions placed are for our benifit. But i
surely would like to know what those restrictions are! These were problem we
faced in our project.....esspecially in the the "findamental" package access. so
please consider the questions and if it too hard for you to put it down in a doc
please give me a some documents (url's) to refer to.
