I hope people at sun change this in the next j2ee-ri release. It is
definitively necessary to load the bean state after activation, and the
spec further prevent the bean programmer from loading the bean in
ejbActivate(). Current turn arround is: either set tx_attr to REQUIRED
or call ejbLoad() in ejbActivate().
