Dear friends, As mentioned in "Enterprise Java Beans"(Orielly) by Richard Monson-Hafel ,To save some typing in EJBs we can implement a EntityAdapter claaa which implements the EntityBean interface and this adapter class can be extended by all the EntityBeans in our project. By following this, I have the problem while deploying in weblogic5.1 1)when I dont include the EntityAdapter class in the jar file , the error says " There is a reference to EntityAdapter class , so include the EntityAdapter Class"in the jar file. 2) when I include the EntityAdapter Class in the Jar file "It says that , there is no sutitable home for the EntityAdapter Bean ". Because the deployer misunderstood that EntityAdapter is a bean as this implements the EntityBean interface . and searches for the suitable home and is not found. Can anybody throw a light on this , how to go ahead and how to use this EntityAdapter class.
