Ant is my best friend :-)
Seriously. "ant deploy" compiles, packages, and hot-deploys my entire
application to my development server (Orion, in my case). I don't even
leave NetBeans to do it; the 3.1beta has an Ant integration module.
There is very little time or effort involved.
