I have speak with some guy of IBM and :

- A new version of WebSphere will be soon available, full EJB 1.1 compliant.
- Websphere is currently at Sun for the J2EE Certification

- VisualAge has currently some tools to generate EJB for WebSphere
- I know that WebLogic has also a VisualAge IntegrationKit

- VA is really the best Java IDE, but a little bit more complex than other
IDE,
at the begening, when you use VA, it sounds strange and at the end it is
really
helpful !

What you need to see is the VA/WebLogic integration, WebLogic is already EJB
2.0 compliant (BETA),
but they need to improve the integration with VA, I have not test the
WebLogic VA Integration Kit, but it sounds
good.
