Course grained objects are top level objects such as Project or Order.
Fine grained objects are best thought of as dependent objects; those which have
no meaning unless associated with a coarse grained object, such as address.

wrt EJB, the coarse grained objects are best visualized when starting from use
case and creating a sequence model to identify the "exposed" or first business
object invoked from the client.
