Hi,
You can use scripts+wscp to do so. Once you write scripts, you don't go
to GUI, since
script is faster and you can work on many machines at the same time.

Probably better to use the admin console client that ships with websphere.
You have a wizard-like interface to install a jdbc driver (if necessary),
and a wizard-like interface for configuring a datasource (connection pool).
