I use VAJ to write EJBs for WebLogic Server.  IMHO, IBM's Visual Age for Java beats 
the other commercial IDE's hand-down, especially WebGain (aka Visual Cafe), but the 
BEA WebLogic appserver is the fastest available.  The combination of these two 
best-of-breed products makes for delightful development and deployment...
