1 Online Demos of the UML-Bridge
Find out in only 10 minutes how easily Enterprise Java Beans and
object-relational mapping can be modelled in UML using Avantis Tools.
The self-starting examples show how you can work with the Avantis
Unisuite - and you don't even have to install the software on your
computer.

2 Avantis Unisuite 5.0
You can expect a great deal from the new Unisuite 5.0: in addition
to all the tried-and-trusted advantages of Unisuite, we have paid
particular attention to a few new features:
* The UML-Bridge is template-based. Adapt our templates or develop
your own with XML and XSL. The UML-Bridge is supplied as a stand-
alone product and, as usual, as a Unisuite with the
Persistency-Bridge.
* Extensive object-relational mapping for Enterprise Java Bean
architectures.
* Use EJB 2.0 features on EJB 1.1 Application Servers this very day:
- Generates Enterprise Java Beans with EJB 2.0 Code-Style
- Supports EJB QL, the query language of the EJB 2.0 Standard
- Supports persistent Dependent Objects Classes in compliance with
EJB 2.0 Standards.
* Supports the key players in the EJB Server market:
Borland AppServer, IBM WebSphere Server, and Bea WebLogic Server.
Unisuite 5.0 will be available from the beginning of March onwards.
