I have been reading the newslist for about a year now and although this
question may seem to be covered in some form or another, I could not found
specific answers that I am looking for.
I need some help to figure out what would be recommended platform for a
particular web application. Again every application is different, but I am
looking for general guidelines.
The application we are to design is
heavily database oriented.
requires high scalabilty..should support thousands of web users at a time.
What would be recommended platform.. Servlets-JSP / Servlets-JSP-EJB....any
other recommendations
In particular I would like to know people's opinion about using EJB for such
database intensive application requiring high scalabilty.
