I haven't seen anything on the shelves on the subject. There are a few
books in PDF format up on IBM's Redbooks site http://www.redbooks.ibm.com
Just enter "EJB" in the "search" window.

but this deals mainly with admin/deployment issues rather than
development. Visual Age Enterprise Edition has some pretty slick EJB
development support.
There are a bunch of WebSphere support newsgroups on the server
news.software.ibm.com. If you have WebSphere questions, you'll likely get
an answer there. EJB-INTEREST readers tend to get cranky if they see too
many vendor-specific questions. :-)
