Use ezmlm.  It supports teams of moderators.  Works great, is super-fast,
open source, etc.

You could also subscribe the moderated list as a "sub-list" rather than
having to do things manually.

Also, it can do a lot of filtering automagically (but I'm not sure how that
interacts if you set it up as a sub-list, never tried it :-).
