with out making use of ejbdeployer tool I am able to restrict the users for
the bussiness methods but not for create() method.
that is what my question.

Instead mapping security role name with Principal in weblogic-ejb-jar xml
you can map in
ejbdeployer tool and then you can test it.I got the results by mapping in
ejbdeployertool.
