Try using JDK1.3 or use JDK1.2.2 latest version.
Type "java -fullversion" if it gives jdk1.2.2_07 then it is the latest
version of JDK1.2.2
I am not able to explain why it should work but it had worked for me.

Subject: Weblogic startup problem

Hi gurus,
Please help me out on this issue. While running weblogic5.1 with
service
pack 8 from the console, an error crops up, throwing the Dr.Watson Dialog
box. The EJBs get loaded properly and after that this exception crops up. I
am replicating the error message for your convenience.
Please help me out as this is urgent.
Thanks in anticipation.
