I think the really off-topic discussion of the Indian I.T. job market in
response to a question about the state of the EJB-Interest list does answer
the original question about why everyone with anything intelligent to say
about EJBs fled.  Still, it would be appreciated if contributors could
maintain the integrity of a thread and respond to the original topic.

  I am usiing weblogic5.1.  I want to get a jdbc connection in my entity
bean.  i am looking for the connection like this:
jndi:comp/env/jdbc/demoPool.  But I am not getting that reference.
