There are a few implementations floating around that implement draft
versions of the specification to varying degrees.

HP Bluestone announced support for message driven beans last fall if I
remember correctly.  That is one component of EJB 2.0.

BEA WebLogic Server includes support for EJB 2.0 message driven beans and
container managed persistence as of version 6.0.

Of course, both of the above are implementations of nonfinal specifications
because the specifications are not final yet.
