optimistic locking to inform the caller that the underlying data was
changed. The negetive to this is that we need to issue the query over and>
over to get it right.>
above u said, in optimistic lock caller can come to know that underlying
database is changed, how it happens, actually i am very much intersted to
know the implementation, that we want to use in our project.
