A copy of the DTD is shipped as part of the product, so the fact that you
are not connected to the Internet shouldn't have anything to do with your
problem. Try to compile the examples, this will determine if your
configuration is correct. If you are still seeing the problem, please post
on our newsgroups at http://newsgroups.bea.com.
