Many containers pool session bean instances. The impact of this is that
different clients use the same (stateless) session bean.
There was a comment on the list, stating that it is valid for a container to
discard the instance after every request, instead of using a
method-ready-pool. It would be interesting to here the vendor's
interpretation of the spec. Is it optional to implement SSB pooling?

1.Ejb provides concurrent access to the data.No programming needs to be done
for that. But you should know how to use the transaction and isolation
levels.
2.Session beans by definition is not shared by any other client.After the
work is done , session bean is destroyed and its state is not shared by any
other client except the one having the reference.
