Vishnu,
Borland's JBuilder 5 (Enterprise) supports parts
of the EJB 2.0 (still in proposed final draft)
specification for development.
Borland Sales should be able to tell you more about
the current as well as upcoming versions of the above.
You can develop and deploy for Borland's own AppServer,
BEA's WebLogic 5.x and 6.x, IBM's WebSphere 3.5 and I
believe there is a plug-in for JBoss as well.
