Hi folks,
Since all I/O operations performed by java.io.* package are
restricted for EJBs I wonder if it is possible to instantiate a
ResourceBundle from within an EJB by invoking
ResourceBundle.getBundle("bundlename").
AFAIK, this should be possible, because this is performed by
ClassLoader, isn't it. If so, provided that I placed the resource
bundle in package org.some.package.ejb.entity, and the EJB that will
use the bundle is located in the very same package, what parameter
should I pass to the ResourceBundle.getBundle() - should it be fully
qualified classname (eg. org.some.package.ejb.bundlename) or will the
short one suffice (bundlename).
If this is possible indeed, in which EJB method do you suggest
instantiating this resourcebundle - I think that the best place would
be in setEntityContext(), but I might be wrong..
TIA,
