ya it's true that u can not remove the sfsb during the transaction.

one possible solution is to use Bean Managed Transactions for the bean who
creates the new instance of stateful session bean. In the bean method where
u actually create sfsb cant' we use following ?

// using bean managed transactions
myMethod () {

        //sfsb.create()
        userTransaction.begin()
        // do some processing
        userTransaction.commit()
        //sfsb.remove()
}

But I don't have any idea  excatly what processing is done with the created
sfsb ..!

If standard mandates that for sfsb to participate in a transaction it must
be created in same transactional context , then this may not work.
