hi, I was facing a problem as understated :
I am using IIS 5.0 as the webserver which is proxying to the Weblogic 6.0 for all Servlet Requests. My EJBs and Servlets are deployed on WLS. The IIS is talking to the Client browsers thru SSL and the certificate is installed on the IIS server. The issue is that the WLS is kept behind a fire wall where as the IIS is outside the firewall and will be proxying the servlet requests to the WLS. I wanted to know how the communication between the two servers take place i.e. 1. Is it that IIS proxies the request to WLS and the WLS will process the request and respond back directly to the client OR 2. Is it the the IIS proxies the request to WLS, which processes the requests and returns it back to IIS server and consequently the IIS server will forward this request to the client. And if both of the above are possible how can i configure it. Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated Regards Prashant Datt ____________________________________________________________ Nokia Game is on again.
