Norwegian, Jay , Rest,
Would I be correct in understanding the criteria of
these lines :-
The very first time I logged servlet-interest a
fake Pakistani informs me you will
find everything you
want up there.
As a result :-
I had spent two hours max. on setting up a
webserver and run some JSPs and was
confident nobody will have set up the alias tag so I asked the
question ,
even though you had spent years,
I spent 2 hours of my own time.
Furthermore you can't explain a technical problem
as I can.
I also noticed a fake technical
description.
Somebody then fakes messages " I am
beginner at servlet ....."
Missing the point , however somebody who did not
miss the point advised
me to learn XML and come and join us.
They also showed me how to do
it.
It didn't click at the time because it appeared
to be an Indian. I
only understood a few months later.
The German student/teacher then sarcastically
writes I had spent five hours
setting up an environment variable.
I was still thinking at the time of the fake
Pakistani when I wrote "it worked first time
for me so it
must be easy".
I was also thinking at the time I received the
wrong answer as I expected.
I made sure I explained properly so that somebody
would mention the criteria.
Noticing that I inform the German how
environment variables
work, generally, if you had spent five hours on
it
and gave him a trouble shoot answer
too.
Another words the kind of things you must have
done.
The German student also missed the point of the
alias tag in the latest version.
The German university says it is our students who
found EJBs can't do images
as a result of my posting so long ago.
There were some 20 + messages pointing out that I
wrote SAY myhtml.html.
If you search the servlet-interest archives you
will find the word say repeated as I wrote it
in my posting.
Pointing it out to the one making the decisions on
the line namely Jay Walter.
I know you greeted me Jay when I first logged on
the j2ee line
because you realised you made the wrong decision
that
the student was better than me.
So that he should go and do the J2EE line and get a
free
pack to practice on.
I was better in technical ability than both of
you.
I spotted the fake messages
immediately.
I knew when you, Jay pointed out
my copyright message
under my signature that somebody informed you
of what happened
on servlet-interest.
The Russian on this line also missing the point
writes sarcastically can I have
the instructions and help me.... "
His motive is so that he can recommend that work be
done in India for Hewlett Packard
whilst he worked in UK.
Another words he suggested I logged on
servlet-interest for help installing the webserver.
The chancellor of the UK doesn't appreciate that
you put somebody out of work
deliberately to put yourself in work by putting
somebody down who is better than
you.
The Norwegian has completely missed
the technicalities of setting up webservers
and problem description. i.e " I have just set up a
webserver and it doesn't work. ......
rename it to index.html".
Norwegian you have no idea how large
& complex industrial
strength
software is written and the circumstances
which surround such projects when
Millions depend on it ....
Furthermore there are dependencies after
dependencies.
There are people who were logged on this line
who
understand these dependencies.
i.e. Team work and co-ordination in large
projects.
Everybody else of non-technical / technical
background missed the point apart
from the one who advised me to do XML.
Have I understood the criteria of the line
correctly ?
Another words a lot of perception which is real to
some
but virtual to others.
Perception it is real yet virtual doesn't mean I
came to make friends
but was fully aware of what took place on
servlet-interest and
it took you years to work it.
On the previous occasion I was the only one to
conduct "certain " tests because I had
to.
Then the testing team starting conducting tests as
I showed them.
The software never went live.
The parallel project in the USA also crashed &
burned.
The only software remained was the one that was
already live but
was out dated.
Best Regards,
Zahid
From home.
