What's New in J2EE SDK 1.3.1
The 1.3.1 release of the J2EE SDK is an incremental release
adding the following to the Final Release of 1.3:
* Enhanced application update function in the deploytool.
* Improved handling and performance of non-XA transactions.
* Performance improvement for start-up, deployment,
naming, and running enterprise beans.
* Additional testing of J2EE components by the verifier.
