hey all, got a question...
we all learnt in ejb 1.1 to wrap entity bean access in a session bean to save network overhead. now we're learning to use local interfaces with entities. ok - so I have another question, say you _know_ that your web and ejb tiers will be colocated (lets not have that argument again...), is there any reason now why I shouldn't access finders directly from the web tier through the local home interface? I remember tx handling having something to do with it, but cant remember the specifics.... anyone want to add their 2c here? cheesr dim =========================================================================== To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff EJB-INTEREST".
