What you need is a recipe :-D
 
If you already have coded/plan to code CMP Entity Beans for your project, that's your choice for the registration.
 
If the only problem you have to solve is registering a new user and the rest of the system is already developed, use a direct JDBC approach (WITHIN a SLSB)
 
Either way, this hardly is a question for this forum, altough it's been answered before. Please read the archives.

I am doing the design for my project. The database design is completed. My business requirement is as follows.
 
For example: when i register a new user, data needs to be inserted into 3-4 tables. All in a single transaction.
