Try Pramati Studio and Server (www.pramati.com). Pramati Studio is wonderful IDE for J2EE developemnt. It has the inbuilt pramati Server fro developemnt. So you can do the complete lifecycle of your project from withing the Pramati Studio. It also supports other servers like Weblogic 6.1, Oracle 9iAS and Websphere single server edition in case you want to use them.
