I'm not going to argue with you, so yes, I am being overly literal there.
But I would think that if an app server was to prevent calls to Thread.sleep
then it would still be ok to be certified....

related to this is also the allowance to synchronously receive JMS messages,
and if my memory serves me correctly there is mention somewhere of being
careful not to wait too long when doing so....  getting very close to
Thread.sleep yes?
