Having a custom EIS with no JCA connector, I want to develop a
Resource Manager in order to bind it into JNDI and having a
custom resource factory with custom connection.
At this point, it's simple but in order to have performance
improvement, I want to have multiple threads making
asynchronous works in the connection: the calling thread (the
one who executed the EJB business methods) is not blocked and
just get sharing data (that has been built by the back threads)

Multi-threading is forbidden IN enterprise beans, but in the
JNDI, is it allowed by the spec?
IMHO, there is no problem if, the custom resource factory is
builded on a Thread pool in order to control the maximum
number of threads on the JVM.

I would like to have your opinions.
