This is NOT a complete list. Getting certified by Sun costs quite a bit of money, so Open Source vendors such as JBoss are not on the list. There has been quite a stink over this in the past, so it's worth knowing. Just because JBoss isn't on this list doesn't mean that it's not spec compliant, it is.
