This error signifies that weblogic is not able to find your JNDI name which
you have specified in weblogic-ejb-jar.xml. Just check the files i.e.
weblogic-ejb-jar.xml, ejb-jar.xml and config.xml in your domain. Just see to
it that there is no error in the names.

Thats strange. Coz once a bean is deployed it should continue running.
