Local Interfaces are part of EJB 2.0 specification and Weblogic 6.0 is not EJB 2.0 compliant. Weblogic 6.1 SP2 and Weblogic 7.0 is EJB 2.0 compliant, so you must have these to use Local Interfaces. you can also use jboss 3.0 for this.

    u should download the ejb20.jar. i am not sure

if it comes by default with WLS6.0

I am running an example of Local interfaces.Could someone tell me what is required for it to run. I am using Weblogic 6.0, the other classes are running fine, but when i import javax.ejb.EJBLocalHome it is not being compiled. Could someone tell me which jar file to import. I went to sun site, but could not find anything over there, neither are there any demo samples in weblogic to explain local interfaces.

Any help or link would be appreciated.
