I have a problem with respect to Resource Adapter developed according to JCA1.0 spec.
In Section # 5.4.1 of JCA 1.0 spec it is specified that res-type element for the Component(EJB) should be javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory. This is the res-type element in ejb-jar.xml. I deployed my rar file successfully without any Errors. When I give this parameter in the ejb-jar.xml I get an Error message from ejbCompiler saying : [weblogic.xml.process.SAXValidationException: .ejb-jar.enterprise-beans.session.resource-ref.res-type. must be one of the values: javax.sql.DataSource,javax.jms.QueueConnectionFactory,javax.jms.TopicCon nectionFactory,java.net.URL,javax.mail.Session] I am using Weblogic6.1 . I also tried in Weblogic 7.0. Any solutions to the above problem will be highly appreciated.Could someone from BEA in this list respond?
