Hello, We are developping an J2EE application JSP/Servlets => Stateless Sessions Beans (SLSB) => Container Managed Entity Beans (CMP's) We are using Websphere Studio Application Developper (WSAD) 4.0.3 (for Windows) Inside it, Websphere Server EE is 4.0.2 We are deploying our EAR on an unpatched Websphere Server version 4.0.1
Our entity beans are generated from an Oracle 8.1.7 database using WSAD. Our SLSB basically are session facades to retrieve datas (through DAOs), create, modifiy, delete (entity beans). Before deleting one entity bean, we are removing all its associations, and also it's composed objects This causes an "Illegal use of 1PC resource in transaction" on our WSAD Test environnement console. Moreover, we havent't specified any container ejb transaction, nor have we used programmatic transaction. Shoud we ? And how ? And one last question : inside WSAD entities generated code (not deployment code) what is the difference between "remove..." and "secondaryRemove..." Thanks a lot for your help Alex =========================================================================== To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff EJB-INTEREST".
