I just installed the new Tutorial addendum and
j2sdkee1.4, and when I start the deploytool, comes a Set Tomcat Server screen
asking for a username and password to connect to localhost:8080/admin and
/manager, and it is unable to connect. I tried already the usual Tomcat
passwords from my tomcat-users.xml under my separate Tomcat4.1 install because I
did not find any Tomcat files or mention in the Release Notes or config
files under my new j2sdkee1.4 tree.
