Hello and thanks for your wish to help. We have currently two "simple" but important bugs in ekiga: it does not work anymore with H263-1998 (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=606265) and with H264 (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=596006). Are these bugs interesting for you to start with?
