No firewall or virus scanners. I'm dual booting from the same machine so
I know it's not the network connection. I have a total of 6 VOIP
accounts, including Ekiga of course :)  The only one under windows that
won't connect is VoipBusters.

Everything connects fine under Linux and Ekiga.
