I don't have gconf-editor (nor can I find a similar RPM on fedora website) and via Preferences/Video Devices there is no option for the size.
In the file ~/.gconf/apps/ekiga/devices/video/%gconf.xml there is no option "size" I'll wait till ekiga 2.0.3 Fedora is available.
