Here is my Asterisk setup for FWD (slightly masked):
in sip.conf:
[general]
....
register => 524517:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/191 ; Register 524517 at
Freeworld Dialup as 191 here
[fwd-out]
type=friend
username=524517
secret=MYPASSWD
host=fwd.pulver.com
insecure=very ; required for incoming FWD calls
and in extensions.conf:
[home]
....
; Call a number at Free World Dialup
exten => _91.,1,Dial(SIP/fwd-out/${EXTEN:2},20,r))
I use the 91 prefix for FWD (Ekiga.net is 99)
Yannick, there is no reason to hide your FWD number, it is in their
White Pages. The last two digits of your number is 53
