Not sure if this should be reported as a bug, I think it deals with one
ISPs interpretation of SIP standards.
Normally to connect to my ISP (T-Online) SIP/VOIP service I use xten
xlite or kphone, which both work.
I'd rather use Ekiga, but have run into various problems when registering.
A 2nd account, ekiga - works fine, both voice and video. Using Ekiga
2.0.11 on opensuse 10.2
Credentials:
