Could one of you add a few printf in NatTypes method from opal,
src/opal/manager.cxx, and tell what branches take the if-s? (I.e. is
server.isEmpty true or false?, is stun true or false? etc.) In fact,
the last line (PTRACE) is executed in linux, but not in windows.
