I have two remarks: - I wonder if the problem encountered is not the "Sending PDU too large" problem. You can check by sending us the -d 4 output, see http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_debug_output_2, or simply look inside for the work "large". - for information, ekiga 3 tests the network type not during initial setup/Assistant, but at the beginning of each run, so it's automatic.
