In fact, ekiga installer packages avutil.dll and put it in the ekiga
directory.
Then there is no need to upgrade this dll because ekiga.exe is compiled
against a reference version.
ffmpeg library MUSTN'T be upgraded when used for a specific application.
Too much modifications and then often incompatible.

I suppose yes, try putting it in the same directory as ekiga. If it
still does not work, ask someone with Windows knowledge.
