Thanks for your comments. Still stuck in frustrating situation. With empathy, I can get incoming calls even behind NAT, with ekiga I cannot. I like ekiga UI more than empathy. I could live with empathy, but I'm also looking for VOIP solution with nice UI for my parents to use. Ekiga is something I would not expect my parent's to have problems with.
