Eugen, Thanks for the response. But I'm not quite sure I follow. I went into Edit/Accounts on my Ekiga installation on my PC, and I see Ekiga.net: Registered, but there doesn't appear to be any way to change anything other then uncheck that entry. Do you mean I need to set up an account for our Polycom system?
