Looking also at http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Features I would say no.
Looking at h264-x264.cxx file in opal, I see that H.323 is taken into
account too. Probably this feature was introduced recently. We need to
test it, but I work on SIP exclusively. Could you test it?
You can check at [email protected] if H264 works for
H.323.
