I have used it just for calling out at this place, so I am not sure if I was
reachable from outside. I remember having some issues with ekiga.net
registering from time to time, but I mostly called with diamondcard.

Since I am on a 64bit linux I am not sure what to do with the exe file. Should
I run it through wine?

I am thinking about some proxying or ssh tunnel as last resort.

Thanks
