AFAIK without subscribing for dialog events ekiga will never receive a
dialog-info, right ? see https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4235
that would also mean the code for processing dialog-infos is pretty
useless.
would be nice if someone could confirm this.

There is no SUBSCRIBE with Event: dialog
Is ekiga capable of performing a call pickup after receiving the
